Look-back period DUI: An Act Relative to Repeat Offenders of the Crime of Operating a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence of Alcohol, which permits a lifetime look back period for drunk driving cases. "Per Se Law DUI”:  An act to protect federal transportation funding and increase penalties for drunk driving law convictions. (See: http://www.mass.gov/legis/laws/seslaw03/sl030028.htm)


Wine Recorking: This law pertains to permission to reseal unfinished bottles from restaurants, and direct shipment from certain wineries. Massachusetts Wine Recorking laws allow people to transport open bottles of wine in their vehicle when those bottles have been secured by the restaurant according to regulations issued by the Alcoholic Beverages Control Commission.
